You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We will ship products anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico. Orders received by 9 AM EST, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM will be shipped the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. For example: Any order placed after 9 AM on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Please be aware that certain items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, especially when personalized and/or custom items are ordered. All items are fully insured.

Our shipping rates are determined by the weight of the purchase, plus a handling charge. All orders are shipped via UPS.

We offer 3 delivery options:
1.UPS Ground Service – approximately 7 – 10 business days from the date your order is shipped.
2.UPS 2nd Day Air - Two (2) Business Days from the date your order is shipped.
3.UPS Next Day Air - One (1) Business Day from the date your order is shipped.

Shipping Exceptions

Multiple Shipping Destinations: We cannot ship to multiple destinations on the same order. Separate orders must be placed for each destination.

Multiple/Backordered items: If multiple items are ordered we will ship in stock item(s) immediately. Backordered items will be shipped separately. If an item is out of stock or backordered we will notify you of the expected ship date. Backordered or out of stock items may be canceled within three (3) days of the above notification.

Personalized/Custom Items: Personalized and custom items will be shipped separately from items carried in stock and may be shipped directly from the artist or manufacturer. Ship date will depend on the individual item. An estimated ship date will be emailed to you once the order has been processed.

Alaska/Hawaii: Expedited shipping options may not be available to some locations outside the Continental United States. Please contact us directly for those options.

We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

We can not deliver to a P.O. Box; a street address must be provided.
