Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your Pet Angel Memorials purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item (with the exception of custom made and personalized items, urns and keepsake jewelry that have contained cremains and/or fur/hair clippings or caskets) for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

You can return your purchase to any Pet Angel Memorial Center (see website for locations) or mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

If your Pet Angel Memorials Custom Gallery item arrives damaged or is undelivered more than 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time, contact Pet Angel Memorials (sales@petangelmemorials.com) so that a claim can be filed with the freight carrier.   Damaged items must be reported to Pet Angel Memorials within four days of receipt. Pet Angel Memorials will make every effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
