"Summer Sky" Raku Urn [XRP004]

This round urn is handcrafted using a combination of techniques. A copper matte glaze is applied to the bisque fired piece, which is then Raku fired. When the piece reaches 1800 F it is placed in a container filled with combustible materials. The heat and flames cause the copper in the glaze to react, producing the unique, richly hued color patterns in your piece.

Size: 9.5" tall x 6" diameter, for pets to 70 lbs.

Larger size for pets to 120 lbs. available as custom order. Allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Note: Due to the unique nature of Raku firing, no two pieces will look the same. The photograph is representative of the unique and beautiful urn you will receive for your beloved pet.
